The project scope comprised demolition works, civil and superstructure works, architectural finishes, and complete MEP systems. Works also included integration with existing services, comprehensive site preparation activities such as topographical and geotechnical surveys, excavation, backfilling, compaction, and testing, along with all associated works required to meet the Employer’s requirements.
