Construction and completion of the balance civil works for the TRF New Security Building, covering internal and external finishes, including floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, doors and windows, curtain wall and glazing, stone cladding, interlock and kerbstone works, car parking, fencing and gates, signage, ladders, and associated road works.
The scope also included residual engineering services and additional works such as installation of light poles, ramps and landings, sanitary sewer systems with new and modified pits, duct banks, sunshade canopies, roof and block wall finishes, kitchen cabinets, manual excavation, backfilling, grouting, leveling and grading, and other related external development works.
