The MEP services package scope included HVAC and smoke management systems; electrical works covering power distribution, generators, UPS, lighting, telephone and data, CCTV, access control, PABGM, fire alarm, voice evacuation, and emergency lighting; and plumbing works including water supply, sanitary fixtures, drainage, firefighting, sprinkler, and fire suppression systems. All interior fit-out and related civil works were executed in accordance with project and tender requirements.
