End-to-end design, construction, completion, handover, and maintenance of the Mohamed Bin Zayed City Plaza, a mixed-use community and commercial development in MBZ City, Zone 15. The project comprised the construction of a Community and Commercial Centre building, including civil and structural works, MEP systems, internal finishes, and fixed furniture and equipment. External works encompassed walkways, parking areas, internal roads, and softscape and hardscape landscaping, along with integration of existing utility services.
