The project involved the construction of an office building and associated infrastructure, including an MV intake room, fire pump room with GRP storage tank, guard house, and telecom buildings. The scope covered full site preparation and structural works, architectural finishes, doors and windows, and complete MEP systems. The project also included major variation works for the supply and installation of a 33kV fiber optic cable from Al Taweelah to KDC.
