Construction, completion, and maintenance of data center civil and external works in Abu Dhabi, including the data center and office buildings, MV intake, electrical substations, TES tanks, service blocks and pump rooms, guard room, underground water and fire pump facilities, chilled water and busbar support structures, and comprehensive underground MEP services.
The scope also included drainage and stormwater networks with underground holding tanks and soakaway pits, precast boundary walls, car park and walkway shade structures, interlock paving, asphalt roads, signage, and road markings.
